Ultratech, being the KING of the Cement Market, wanted to derive a mechanism wherein they could constantly touch the influencers in regular periodic intervals to achieve the Top-of-the-mind Recall for their brand. The sales and the technical services team of Ultratech & Birla Gold (after the merger which happened in 2018-19) went all guns blazing to help Servmarc in penetrating the remotest of the locations across India! We conducted over 400 Rural Activations through Mason Meets, Technical Meets, Counter Meets, IHB Meets, Engineer Meets & Contractor Meets over 5 months in 3 States – Bengal, Odisha & Chhatisgarh – and thereby touched over 20,000 Influencers at every level. The ultimate aim was to divert this recall into sustainable incremental sales in a well-strategized manner which can be easily measured – counter wise, dealer wise, sub dealer wise.
